Using Nudge

These Terms of Service apply to Nudge AI (“Nudge”, “we”, “us”), the workflow automation service available at nudge.flazetech.in. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Nudge on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept them for that organization.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. Nudge is not intended for children under 13. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and connected Google account data.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and protect your password, sessions, API keys and webhook URLs. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for giving workspace members appropriate access. Tell us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

Only connect accounts, provide information, and grant permissions you are authorized to use. You are responsible for obtaining any notices or permissions required to process other people’s information.

Workflows and AI

Nudge runs the triggers, steps, prompts and connections you configure. A published or scheduled workflow may run while you are away. Actions can send email, change spreadsheet contents, call external services, and use provider credits. Review destinations, permissions and test results before enabling an automation.

AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding when human review is needed. Do not rely on an AI response as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect someone’s health, rights, safety or finances.

A failed workflow may already have completed earlier actions. Retrying can repeat those actions. Review the execution history and destination service before running it again.

Connected services

Google, AI providers and other connected services have their own terms, privacy practices, permissions and charges. You choose which accounts and data to connect. Providing a personal API key authorizes Nudge to make the requests you configure using that key; the provider may bill your account directly.

We do not control third-party availability, pricing, model behavior or API changes. A connection can stop working if a permission expires, you revoke access, or a provider changes its service. You can disconnect accounts in Nudge and revoke Google permissions in your Google Account.

Acceptable use

Use Nudge lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and rights. You must not:

• Send spam, phishing messages, malware, or fraudulent or abusive content.
• Access accounts or data without permission, expose credentials, or bypass access controls.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or process information you have no right to use.
• Evade usage limits, interfere with the service, or abuse another provider through Nudge.

Content and ownership

You retain your rights in the content and workflows you provide. You give Nudge permission to store, process and transmit that content as needed to operate the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and the restrictions that apply to Google API data.

Nudge’s software, design and branding remain the property of their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and do not imply their endorsement of Nudge.

Usage and availability

Plans may limit workflows, executions, tokens, tool calls, storage or credits. The applicable plan and usage information is shown in the product. Review any paid offer before you select it; third-party provider charges are separate from Nudge usage.

We may maintain, update or change features. We aim to provide a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular AI result, or permanent storage of execution history. Keep your own copies of important information and exported workflow definitions.

Pausing or ending use

You can stop using Nudge, pause workflows, disconnect services and request account deletion. Disconnecting a service does not undo actions already completed or delete data in the destination service. See the privacy choices and deletion information for details.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, abuse, a security concern or a legal obligation. Where practicable and appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it.

Responsibility and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or be free of errors. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized configurations you create, third-party outages, or AI outputs you use without appropriate review.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any consumer rights that apply to you. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Nudge changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or another appropriate channel and obtain agreement where required.
